We are a citizens action group advocating and lobbying for families that have a child with special needs. We believe that EVERY child has a right to a FREE and APPROPRIATE EDUCATION and should NEVER BE LEFT BEHIND.

Senator Scott Rupp also:
   ~Created the office of Autism in the state so families can navigate through the confusing departments within their state government.
  ~Created and was a founding member of the Missouri Autism Commission 
   ~Was instrumental in the saving and reforming of the First Steps Program that was slated for elimination in 2005.
